      No stories no pictures just 11 hours in the car. Ugh! Left South Dakota, drove through Minnesota and slept in Wisconsin. Did see some buffalo in a field as we drove but that was as exciting as it got. Dad and Lee are doing all the driving and Marge and I are being good passengers��.       ... plus hours on to Bangkok. Wish me luck getting first or business class! I do have my neck pillow and a good book in the event I am sandwiched in 'the village' aka economy!       Thankfully, the state of Illinois has a pretty efficient snow removal system (unlike Neolithic Washington, D.C., which, in my option, is one of the States’ worst) so the roads had already been plowed of snow and sprinkled with salt, which made driving a breeze.

      ... common sense returns and i realize that i would not be all that happy living back in the burbs. the family aspect of it would be great. the work/social life/weather aspect would be pretty ****** though, so i think i am doomed to spend eternity it tropical paradise.
