Good Place to Stay in Seattle

We had a suite for 3 nights. We were not on the street side which made our room very quiet. It was also very roomy!! Short walk to Pike Place Market and the monorail- which you take to the Space Needle. We flew in and wanted to rent a car to visit Mount Rainier. There is a Budget/Avis rental place next door to this hotel which was wonderful because we did not have to take a taxi back to the airport to rent a car. The first night we had a lightbulb in the bathroom blow out and the remote for the TV in the bedroom did not work. We reported both in the morning and these problems were quickly fixed. A free dinner is served Monday - Thursday including beer and wine and a hot breakfast is served every morning. Extremely helpful to our budget.

In July 2014, we flew to Seattle to do a couple days of touring before we took a long desired cruise to Alaska. Flying Southwest through Chicago was a fun adventure. While we waited for the luggage to be loaded onto the plane, the plane's captain played his banjo for the passengers. Very cool.

I counted and at 18 seconds a bloke arrived, I congratulated him on being 18 seconds he ignored the comment completely. I then proceeded to take the **** out of the fact they are still using card signing facilities and not even chip and pin. He knew way too much about it so I backed down.

Another thought which calms the all or nothing life or death
feelings is that perhaps I cannot yet imagine what will bring me satisfaction,
even as soon as next year. I certainly wouldn’t

Maybe it is about more than America vs. Europe. Which leaves me to trust the

He also said that I should keep "journaling", which I interpret to mean the blogging I'd done during the trip. Unfortunately I haven't kept up with the blogging. If I had, I might have been more successful at maintaining the pilgrimage mindset. But I did stretch the interpretation to include writing screenplays, of which I have written three in the 18 ...

We were initially stymied by the signs that said we needed a Discovery Pass in order to use the parking lot. Apparently these are available anywhere fishing and hunting permits are sold as well as online (http://www.discoverpass.wa.gov). The website we used to get information about the hike did not mention this. Little backtrack into North Bend and we were taken care of but it would ...
