... roommate though, they weren't present at night. I'm working tonight, so I'm hoping they will all go out to some club and only come back to the hostel to sleep! I decided to check out the National Library of Sweden (Kungliga Bibliotek) today. It's in a park called Humlegården, just a 10 minute walk east of the hostel. I was going to go there, listen to podcasts, and study, but it ended up being just a brief ...

I got up around 11 today and grabbed some breakfast (yogurt with granola, orange juice, fruits, and simple sandwich- yes they eat sandwiches here for breakfast and pancakes for dinner!). ... into the ESN Sea Battle pre-party (the wait outside the club was too long), but we were given an interesting surprise when we went out for dinner that night and ran into the Swede who convinced Sven to complete the spicy hot dog challenge. Additionally, the restaurant had American beer. Sweet, wonderful, American beer. I never would have thought I'd be so happy to see the Lagunitas label of a smooth IPA. In case I haven't mentioned this before, Swedish beer is no good and you can ...

Today we embarked on the Long journey to Sweden. A short trip to Helsingor to get a ferry to Helsingborg Sweden. The ferry was only about 20 minutes then we re boarded the bus for a long haul. Happily we and the Byers ( the only Americans on our tour) got the front seats so I was able to put up my feet and ride in comfort. There was a lot of countryside that quite frankly looked just like home ...
