... wooden doors and furniture. I was able to snap a couple of photos before being told that photos of the exhibits were not allowed. Man-o-man if you appreciate the craft of woodworking, furniture and door making, you’d be in heaven here. The ceilings in the public bathrooms are gorgeous! Why didn’t I take a photo of that? My adventure began with 29 hours of travel... San Diego to New York to Paris and finally to Fez, Morocco. I somehow managed to fit everything I need for the next six months in a suitcase, backpack and purse... Mind you, my suitcase is 51 pounds and my backpack is bursting at the seams ( I may or may not have a rain jacket shoved into the water bottle pocket of my backpack and a snow jacket in the laptop sleeve...) but hey, you gotta do what you gotta do!

... very dangerous. With this in mind we hailed a taxi and he
took us into the medina, where we had the next challenge of finding a
hostel/hotel. Everywhere was shut (with it being 5am) so the taxi
driver knocked on a couple of the doors for us and eventually found
