... case law, to find evidence for the attorneys to support an argument in court. The work I am doing is great; although some of the reading and research I am doing can be extreme and gruesome. I am also in a whole new jurisdiction being in Virginia, meaning the legal system in England and Wales is different and I cannot rely on my studies undertaken in criminal law back in Bristol. Ergo, whilst doing my case research, I am also teaching myself a whole new legal system.
