    ... here, but they were not buying that the Greek God's were not the be all and end all. We walked all over the rocks and got goose bumps thinking that the apostle Paul walked all over these steps, and the philosophers spoke to the Athenians from there...man, think of what these rocks have seen and heard! And the view of Athens below was breathtaking.
    We kept hiking and stopped at the entrance to the Acropolis...man the sheer volume ...

    Hi EveryoneWe left Santorini this morning, we had to, the weather turned overcast! You can't be there when the weather is not shiny...it just won't do!
    We took a taxi to the airport and flew Aegean Air back to Athens...Mark Aegean Airlines on your list off rip-offs. They charged us $30 per bag....no free bag. Then they told us we could go on line and buy discounted bag check...only we couldn't because we booked through Star ...

    ... a damaged fire truck, pieces of the towers and many smaller items as well. It is a sad reminder of the horrific events of 9/11/01. The museum has a 1909 Carousel that we took a quick spin on. We agreed that the 1909 Looff Carousel that we have in Spokane is prettier and better. We walked the short distance to the State Capital to take a few pictures.     ... to be that long! I walked to the Visitor's Center and then to the falls. If you have not been there, it is truly one of the Natural Wonders of the World. And if you go...bring your Passport and view the falls from the Canadian side...90% of the water over the falls goes over the Canadian side. Took some pictures...didn't want to ride the boat or anything else. Kevin wants to come here, so we'll do that when he's with us. Great fun side visit.
