My last two days in Tenerife

... night!

Though many of my friends decided to go out for one last night of fun, many more decided not to, along with me, since most of us have very early flights to catch tomorrow. I got to say some really hard goodbyes, hug some of the most incredible people I've ever met for the final time and share last laughs. I swam around for probably half an hour and then decided that I might get a little too burnt if I stayed out any longer! To be modest, I put my bathing suit back on while still pretty far out in the water and then walked back to the beach. I recommend this experience to anyone and everyone out there, especially if it is a sunny day and the water is warm! It is so different from skinny dipping at ...

The need to leave the cold winds and wet weather in London saw me flying off to one of the smaller islands in the Canary Islands, Isla de La Palma. With an optimistic weather forecast of 24 degrees I was feeling very excited about my trip and I could not wait to touch down on this balmy island.

Our descent into La Palma Aeropuerto was a bit of a 'heart in throat' experience and for the first time I was a little concerned while flying. Having looked out the window I ...
