      ... counter, we later found out they were just there for storage reasons but hey we enjoyed them... So at the late hour of 9.30pm but after a 9hr session I exited stage right and left the boys with muted jeers of the club opens at 11pm until 4am..! Good luck boys I thought and walked back home...       ... through a series of hairpin bends before descending to the small town of El Perello. All was going well until the route which Mandy had created and was following on the Garmin suddenly ran out of cycle-able road…oops…..so we had to walk a few 100m’s…..oh well, makes it much more of an adventure!! We climbed up the other side of the valley and were treated to breathtaking views across the olive groves and out to the sea.

      ... disappointed not to be allowed to stop!! Our map was pretty useless when it came to city navigation so we put our trust in Doris the sat nav and hoped for the best when it came to finding the best route around Barcelona…….true to form she took us straight through the middle!!!!! This was not a pleasant experience and nerves were frayed by the time we eventually arrived at our campsite at Vilanova i la geltru.
