Interlaken & Riggenberg
We took a train from Lucerne to Interlaken, a beautiful train journey (which is on the Swiss Golden Pass route), it is best to sit on the right hand side of train; as this will provides a spectacular view of the lakes and if the weather is good time will just fly by (as will your camera battery!)

We went down to one of the lakes, where i went for a swim....most of the sensation in my body had come back by the time we were ready to drive back to our hostel, but amazing view to be swimming in a turquoise lake looking up the alps.
Monday i decided to get more active and rented a mountain bike, which i took on a 30km ride around one of the lakes...and i'm still a touch sore, and questioning the manufactures insistence on uncomfortable bike ...
