... As I think back on that moment I tear up . We then continued on with our journey and traveled on a boat along the Seine River were we were able to take some pictures and see some incredible pieces of architecture as well as history . ... this. It’s SO GOOD!!! Then we went to a Schnapps Brenner (distillery) owned and run by Jurgen, a friend of Herbert. It was really cool to see, Felix was a lot more interested then me but I was still pretty impressed. The distillery is a very 'mad scientist’ looking contraption, it has all these tubes and pipes going everywhere and a big copper boiler. Jurgen and his son were very kind to us and showed us how everything worked. ...
