Mounting our 50cc chariot for a cruise back into South Beach promenade and lunch at a local cafe. By now, I should have seen it coming... Ordering a couple of "Half Pound" burgers, we were surprised to see the scrawniest burgers you could imagine presented in front of us... Fed up with the ****, I challenged the waiter to explain the "half pound" bit on the menu... Immediately descending into a "me no understand much Engrish" ...

Started the morning with breakfast at the buffet. We did the Hop On Hop Off bus tour of Miami. It was a double decker open top bus. We did part of the tour outside and part inside. We toured downtown, Coconut Creek, a Coral Gables and Little Havana. The tour ended at Bayside Marketplace. Went to Hard Rock for pins then as it was closed Thanksgiving but we didn't know the tour went there until today. Had pizza for lunch in the food court. Left ...

... burrito and Paul had scrambled eggs, fried cubed potato and very crispy pepper bacon - everything tastes different here. We expected to find cafes like in Melbourne, but no they don 't have those here - its fast food places everywhere.

They have CVS pharmacy's where you can buy convenience foods, some fruit, alcohol and pharmacy products so we picked up a few items. We found the Mary Brickell village close by with a market it in so ...

... to put it in and I was wriggling like crazy. First they did and ECG to check my heart, by putting these sticky things on my chest and connecting me up to a machine, it was not enjoyable. They left my hooked up to the machine all day to monitor my breathing. The doctor said that my oxygen level was 94/100 - apparently low enough to condone a tube with oxygen being put in my nose. A while later I was told that my heart was fine, which was good to know. The doctor ...
