We travelled by Mr Sit’s bus because the
roads were busy 3 lane highways either side of our accommodation. Took about 50 mins.

... to the bar to pay for 2 drinks to be sent over. The waiters f*ck up the delivery and the beers end up at a table of Chinese people (much to the amusement of people at the bar). After a wink, nod and a quick word into the waiters ear, the beers final make it to the right table. Following confused faces, we finally make it known of our presence. It was great to meet them. They're on their honeymoon and we'll see them again in Koh Samui. Next Stop, Koh Tao. Phrase of the day: Yea, ok, no. ...

... raining. And not just a light drizzle. It was pouring. Water was falling in buckets from the sky. We stayed in the pool for a little longer; it was quite fun, but then the thunder and lightning started, so we got out.

... return to. My traveller's tip would be to make the 17 hr trip straight to Bangkok from Koh Phangan rather than stopping off in Hua Hin - unless you are staying in the Sofitel or Dunsit!

The next day we made our way to Bangkok, just in time to get out of the country before our Visa become invalid.
