... martial arts. We focused on takedown and submissions. This combines grappling, ju-jitsu and wrestling. I was really pleased because I did well. As for Friday my body could feel that I had been under some strenuous locks and holds. The two pro fighters that had trained us cranked a few tight neck locks on myself.
