... able to take a few days each week to travel around, possibly even into France, and of course I could fly out and back and do city breaks if finance permits. But the six month adventure to Australia seems a long way away, as does a trip to Germany. As for random travel of the Twitter kind, that seems a lifetime away :(

... up in time for a tour of the Millennium Centre (featured in Doctor Who spinoff Torchwood). Turned up at 2pm only to find out there were no tours running this afternoon due to educational groups or something. He suggested I try tomorrow. I nearly suggested that it would be challenging for me to visit from Liverpool. More might appear here today....otherwise stay tuned for the Liverpool report ...

It's still a fantastic location, and there are ruins from a medieval castle, and remains of even older structures from the fourth or fifth century. Then on to stay overnight with Davina in Bristol, and train home ...
