Day one started off with an early morning departure of 7:30 am. I had stayed up late drinking nonalcoholic margaritas (curtesy of Micah Hahn) and saying some final goodbyes, so getting up was difficult, yet I was excited. We traveled with no problems listening to some tunes and some great podcasts all the way to St. Louis.
