    Weer: begon prima. Warm (boven 30 graden) wolkje zonnetje, maar om 11:30 minimoesson, duurde tot 15:30..... Om 9:00 uur na het ontbijt en de ontdekking van het verlies van mijn bankpas (!) werden we bij de lobby van het hotel opgehaald door Made (zo heet elke tweede zoon in een Hindoe-gezin). Beste kerel! Voor 40 euro neemt hij ons de hele dag mee …

    ... 8211; Dewa – had good English and apparently cannot do too much for Shaun and Belinda. Their wish is his pleasure to deliver.

    Lunch at the Ginger Moon proved to be a very pleasant experience in quality, the company the price. A good serving of Nasi Goreng was only AUD$7.50. Shaun and Belinda said they were constantly and pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the restaurants within walking distance of their villa.

    My appetite still intact, we had lunch in a restaurant that was built like a traditional Bali house. It was Nasi Campur - a variety of meats, tempe, veggies around a mound of rice - very tasty,
    There was more on the tour but those were the highlights. Overall a great day.

    I know it’s been ages since I’ve written, I guess I’ve just been having too much fun!! That and little access to my laptop or to reliable internet.
