      ... of beaches with a great walk way along the beach. Shops, bars and restaurants are prevalent along the walkway. You can find just about everything you need or want along the stretch or on the main road, about a block away. We walked the area the first day to get a feel for it and the 2nd day to do more exploring. A long walk in the sun and heat. I did a Google search for expat hangouts and best bars and last ...

      ... Skype her parents and as always after our Skype sessions, we feel a little home-sickness, so we go out and stroll along the edge of the Indian Ocean, to make us realise how lucky we are, and we are away for a short period, we'll, only 15 month's, haha..

      It's surprising really where the day goes when you don't do much, ah well, there's always maņana!!!

      ... We saw the priest splash some holy water on many people and then watched men and women sit together in front of shrines to pray. While praying, they sit cross legged on their sandals for comfort. They raise their palms together in front of their foreheads holding a flower petal between their fingers.       ... each down before 'apparently' some guy walks out and free beer for everyone stops. A horn goes off and the bartender says 'that's it, same again next week' - it was getting rather busy I'm sure they'd just given away enough. We get a top dinner at a beach restaurant and all for $10, full up and somewhat sleepy we decide to save our remaining money for that day for tomorrows massage - it's the best fiver we could spend.
