... the kind waitress informed me that the sign saying "pass closed" is for another pass and not the main pass on the road to Bolzano and that I can go that route to the Dolomites.

We had a great sleep in which was well needed as yesterday was such a big day and throughout the night the bloody dog next door would bark!
