... it was a lovely, lovely, warm and clear day. Old town Nessebur used to be an island, but it was connected by an isthmus over 150 years ago (not quite sure when). We crossed the isthmus and found ourselves in the charming, though touristic, town of Nessebur. ... it would switch off to the point where we were all shivering. 11 bloody hours! So simple, so annoying. Rant over...could be worse lol! Arriving in varna we found the recommended 'yo-ho-hostel' and yes it was a pirate themed hostel. Why the hell it was recommended to us I don't know. Disgusting place, the street would've been cleaner I think. On the upside we got a private room for the price of a dorm so that was a nice bonus. But as far as hostels go...don't go ...
