      ... us entertained till the next rest stop and we decided to make it a competition. We stopped later for lunch, our last meal in the US. Their special for the day was walking tacos with Doritos, and the workers had lovely northern accents. I also picked up an ice cream Milky Way bar that I haven't seen since France. From the border, we have 5 hours to the campsite. Whoo... ...

      ... and visiting with my sister-in-law Judy. Those of you who "really" know Pat know that he doesn't sit still for long. So up on the roof he went to clear Judy's gutters and downspouts. Her home sits far off the street and is surrounded by too many trees to count. Her gutters were a bit yucky even though she has guards on them and had them cleared in early Spring. They are now ready for Fall!

      ... paneer, jeera rice and raita. After a sumptuous lunch we started to drive again and our next stop was coffee in Lincoln, NE. then we drove straight to ames and had delicious dinner made and kept by Supraja for us. so we reached home and all in all we drove 5858miles :-)

      ... in order to use any of the machines. Over we stroll to the Laundry Card vending machine. Again...AMAZINGLY ... we learn you must insert 2 one dollar bills to "purchase" the Laundry Card. Mind you... the Laundry Card has ZERO value. The $2 Laundry Card just provides you with the privilege of adding money to the card to wash and dry your clothes. It's going to get better.
