After a late arrival to our hotel and the 2 hour time zone change we had a well deserved sleep in. Our hotel is nice and quiet, clean, and bed is comfy. Lima is the place for great food and that is pretty much it! I have to admit it was amazing to taste vegetables again but I was looking forward to getting to Cusco for some rustic charm. I didn't travel half way across the world to see American food chains after all!
