... Cordano, which looked like something out of the Wild West, with swing doors, waiters in waistcoats and a very long bar with a mirror above it. It was built in 1905 and served tasty pork and cheese sandwiches, which we of course tried. We drank chicha morado, a purple corn drink that tastes like cloves, or as I put it, cold mulled wine without the alcohol.
