So - last night we attended the Tang Dynasty Dinner and Show. This production has been running in Xian for many years . . We just had to go! We had only an hour or so to spend in our rooms before boarding the bus for the show . . Just time for a shower and a quick change . . The Internet is available here - but incredibly slow . . . Blogging might be a challenge . . . :-).
... During that weekend, we ate very well, there were a lot of fruits and nuts, and the meals Barry's parents cooked for us were plentiful. I also tasted the best 炒面 (Chao Mian, or fried noodles) I've ever had. When I thought the weekend couldn't get any better, we were served Chinese tea, and it was definitely the greatest tasting tea I've ever tasted.
