... is fine, there was another hostel confirmation that I got saying that we had to pay for the room in cash, but this one did not. He asked some weird questions and I’m pretty sure it was a guy saying he had a hostel, but really just rented out rooms to people for a couple of nights or a week, however long they dared to stay. The good thing was that our room was in a different building than the “hostel office” and we only had to see this guy as we ...

Pack up at gite as we have to leave today. Goodbye to lovely grandparents, Pirette and Serge and the rest of family at Ecole de Saint Roman. We cannot go too far as Patrick has a dentist appointment for a broken tooth later this afternoon. So Aigues-Mortes again, this time to walk the ramparts. When we arrive we are not allowed to take the dogs with us. Too hot to leave them in the car. Nothing is going right! Sulky lunch then off to dentist. Dentist, ...

Today we were fortunate to be able to witness part of de tour, arriving into Montpellier. We walked down by the river and got a great vantage point on 2 corners, about 5km's from the finish line. The kids enjoyed watching "the caravan" wizz by, with all the sponsored vehicles throwing out giveaways to all the fans. We ended up with hats, pens and all kinds of knic knacks. You had to be on the ball, as they flashed by pretty ...

... good for the most part. The library in particular has this massive floating suspended staircase that I can help but marvel at, just a little bit. YOU KNOW WHAT ELSE IT HAS?

      Hieroglyphs.

Pictured: **** Yes with a Side of Crumpets.

But what about the actual content of the university? UoM is traditionally famous as the medical center of France, due to its close location to the Arab ...
