Left Arlington, TX early in the morning. Heavy rain predicted later on in the morning, definitely wanted to leave before the rain. Ran into rain anyway so it took longer than usual. I guess this was the main reason I came back at this time for vacation. On the plus side - got to see the whole family in one place over a couple of days.

So I get to College Station and Bryan, after a windy day. I took the whole day to ride 55 miles or so. The real problem goes down when I took a nap, then accidently rode 3 miles backwards. I only figured it out when I saw a ramshackle building for the second time. The cows noticed I was no longer a stranger, and the depresion and fatigue set in....
