... veel mensen en ze lachen allemaal naar mij. Ze praten heel raar tegen mij en als ik dan lach gaan ze nog gekker doen. Grappig hoor! Ik heb ook al een vriendje. Hij heet Elmar en woont op de Alom (www.al-om.nl) . Hij is al bijna een jaar, maar ik vind het heel gezellig met hem. Papa en mama vinden het geloof ik ook wel gezellig met Esther en Camiel, want ze kletsen altijd heel veel als ze samen zijn.

Het allerleukste vind ik het als we naar het strand gaan. Ik mag dan zelf ...

Het is heerlijk om weer terug te zijn op het eiland. De warmte, de mensen en de plekken die we eerder gezien hebben, roepen mooie herinneringen op. Het hotel voldoet aan onze verwachtingen. Het is gebouwd in de jaren '50 en de beste typering die we kunnen geven is "vergane glorie". Maar dat wisten we van tevoren en het stoort ons dan ook niet. ... and brown, and there are a lot of cacti everywhere, but it was very green while I was there because of the rainy season. there were only a few beaches and they were kinda torn up from a previous hurricane but still, as you can see from the pictures, very nice. I did one dive, and some free diving while I was there. The reef is very nice around the island. The dive we did was on the wreck that was pretty cool aswell.

Maar we hebben weer een gezellige dag en het is even heel stil op de boot als ze aan het eind van de dag weer op de bus stappen. Arrived in Willemstad,,Curacao. Joined a tram city tour and see the multicolored Dutch heritage buildings. Willemstad is a UNESCO site. Ate Yeshi Yena.a native food of stuffed cheese and meat for lunch. Visited the Kura Hulanda Museum with a big displays about slavery and African Arts (Mali,Ethiopia,etc') It rain and we were running to cross the swinging Queen Emma Bridge. Walk back to the ship.
