In the afternoon, we spent some time in the Swiss National Museum and then enjoyed dinner by the lake. I find it fascinating that around 300 years ago our ancestors lived within 20 miles of each other on another continent and here we are today, together

After a 8+ hr flight over the Atlantic we arrived (at 4am US CST) about 11am in Zurich time and had to get processed again through another screening and passport control point, which I found odd to have to do on arrival and behind security but what can you do...just go with it. Zurich International Airport (rated the 8th best in the world) in my opinion is a rather small, airport with only a few kiosk ...
