... and valuable art work he smuggled out of Russia, sewn into the lid of his suitcases- Michael had written a book and after working with Ted Turner (ex husband of Jane Fonda), went to Russia to set up a film studio for Turner. Bisbees is the Worlds richest fishing event and there he was again, pic of him and his crew as winner in 2012 on "Frantic Pace" with his cheque of $2,396,800!!
G & me invited him to join us for dinner down ...

... the bus to return and eventually got back to our departure point at 2.30. I think some of us were definitely glad to get off the bus. The last stop was unnecessary IMO and I think the refreshment stop should have been had at San Jose so we could have had an hour there instead of 20 mins at one place and 40 at San Jose.





We walked into and out of shops in Cabo - all selling pretty much the same things. I saw a pretty embroidered bag and picked it up. ...

... into the bar at Siempre for frozen drinks "to go" was worth the few steps it required. The thing I continually have to remind myself regarding food when not in the US is that I am NOT in the US. Due to feeding differences, beef and eggs have a different taste and texture. Familiar packaged foods are different also. My personal food recommendations here; go for the pork, seafood or Mexican dishes. The pork and seafood were succulent, sea bass plentiful and Mexican fare always ...
