    Wow this city was beautiful! When we arrived it was raining which was a shame but it soon cleared up for our walking tour at night.     ... town has the most Mediterranean feel of anywhere I've been so far, in fact it looks to me like we could be on a Greek island (although Jo points out that on the Greek islands the buildings are whitewashed, whereas here the buildings are all white stone).     ... we were looking forward to about the tour and reaslised that we all got told a slightly different itinerary for the day – including different islands to be visited, different times at each island, different return times and whether we got lunch included or not.     ... which turned out to be a small, long handled copper pot of strong, thick, Turkish style coffee that has to be poured into a small cup on top of a sugar cube. It was strong and delicious, fairly bitter even with the sugar cube. It clearly had a stronger punch than any beer.
    Luckily, upon return to our hotel, I found a can of emergency beer in Red, so I could enjoy a glass of Gosser; appropriately enough Austria's best brew in one of the last outposts of Austrian Empire. ...
