    ... and the staff were fabulous. It was also the best value. The food was good but some of it was really expensive. A pizza outside the cities was 5euros, the same pizza in Venice or Florence 10euros! Jon has lost weight!!! And I have put it on :((( back to salads next week! Hope you've enjoyed keeping up with us on our trip. So what's next........watch this space ...

    ... We then arrived late to dinner, however the meal ended up making up for it. Lots of pasta, chicken and cake. After a good sleep, we left early again for the ferry over to the floating part of the city. It started with a boat ride to the main part. Venice is cut off and very few people stay on the actual "Island". Because of this it shuts down very, very early- about 630. We then had to do everything before then and we felt rushed.     ... got a phone call and so I was left with Yargo and the two guys. We waited, waited and waited. Yargo decided to have a huge #2 (so I used up one travelling packet of tissues) and I tried to keep him occupied by going for little strolls around the corners!

    ... for most of the last 24-30 hours was showing on all of us. We found ourselves cat-napping as we sailed from island to island. We watched a very talented glassblower make a horse in less than three minutes while we were at Murano. Bailey is getting postcards at each of our stops for her friend, Andrea.
