We are at Dick & Bridgets. Charli is fine and has already had a good explore around - Roly is not so sure - unless he is just attention seeking!!! This morning Tony & Dick have draught proofed there en-suite room! Bridget is just trying to think of ...
Great Yarmouth, England, United Kingdom tony-helen... so we’re stuck indoors. And mum does not have a tv.
So how have we responded to the breakdown in a village scenario? I can report that we haven’t ensconced ourselves in a local fiesta nor picked olives for an old couple. We have though tidied up most of the loose ends and put the last few items in the loft for storage but then what? Mum did not need any shelves in the garage but I had some wood and angle brackets so I put them up. Hoovered and fitted ...
Yes, we should have been in France by now. We've got volunteer placements set up from the middle of November, exciting work in French woods waiting to be undertaken. But Brian is poorly. Very poorly. So poorly in fact that she was towed back to Birmingham this morning, after we spent the night in the carpark of a **** factory outlet store somewhere in Suffolk. This was ...
Aylsham, England, United Kingdom lifeinbrian... water activities are recommended. The dramatic setting of stunning and mysterious Ha Long bay that includes charming isles, wonderful beaches, quaint bays, beautiful coastal areas, and dark caves makes it the perfect place for water adventures.
Don't just dream it – live it! We can suggest a comprehensive guide at http://www.puretravel.com/Guide/Asia/So uth-East_Asia/vietnam where this is plenty of advice, tips and suggestions.
... when we got there there were about 2000 other people there, all dressed up, so lots of cool costumes to check out.
The venue had done a really good job decorating the place with spooky stuff. They even had carved pumpkins! The only thing I didn't like was that they had a big screen showing snippets from scary movies - and you know me, I do not like scary movies!
The music was really good too and of course they played classic "scary" songs like Thriller. Only problem ...
... too! The tickets are cheaper than in Australia, the candybar is about 3 times larger and more interesting and the actual theatres are very plush!
Teresa and I then headed back to the flat. It was Sam's (who also lives in the flat) birthday that day so we had a bit of a party in the flat. I made cupcakes and some others made a big thing of (rather nasty) punch. Sam was at home and missed his train so he didn't get back to the flat until about 11:30 at ...
Yahoo - I finished work yesturday - so now I can really concentrate on our huge Halloween/Tonys Birthday/10th Anniversary and leaving party and then once we've cleaned up from that ..... I can concentrate on packing..... downsizing......packing......... off loading my heavier items into Tonys rucksack ...... then repacking again.
Amazingly I was quite sad to leave work - well the friends I have made rather than the work part ...
... outdoors. Even if you are not a fan of the outdoors, this will still be a great adventure for two newlyweds. Experiencing wildlife is never boring. It is something fun, different, and a great experience. Honeymoons can be very pricey, but these are very affordable rates. Just think of all the great stories you can tell when you return home. Norwich, Norfolk, United Kingdom purejulie... workshopped that poem on Wednesday when I went to my creative writing group meeting as Wednesday was a dedicated workshopping session. The group has another session this afternoon on dialouge, followed by a few drinks in the campus bar, so that should be fun!
That's it from me really. Hope you are all well and that the weather is starting to get better in Australia. Can't wait to see you all in only two months' time!

... a bunch of notes on "our file" which limits our time allowed in England....and apparently if we stay here to long there is a chance our travel into other countries will be jeapordized! Talk about stressing...and the trip was not even a day old. After that my great uncle who I'd never met before and his wife picked us up. They were amazing! I got the "royal" kisses from my great aunt and was not expecting them at all! Awkward? But welcoming! On our way out to the car ...
