... and how they all came into power. I still can't explain anything in detail, but this definitely helped. We made our way back to Füssen, and we parked the car as Hans suggested. We figured out where the hotel was and how to get to the parking lot (down a pedestrian-only lane in the alt-stadt). We got checked in and then tried the restaurant at the hotel.
