      We biked up to Altea old town to see the church with blue tiled roof. Beautiful from the outside but not so good inside. The surrounding streets were full of artisan shops and a few small cafe's with excellent coffee. Bikes down again and along the front for lunch but found ...

      ... for use in cultural activities. Since 1977 they have conducted a complete restoration of the property. Currently it hosts cultural events like concerts and conferences as well as a permanent exhibition on scientific and marine noveldense Jorge Juan.

      ... is a nice outdoor shopping centre to walk around. We had a buffet lunch which was like sizzler but much better. There was a huge selection and they even had sangria and beer as part of the buffet bar! We went around the shops a bit and I tried to get some nice boots, since they are a lot better quality than Australia but they only had small sizes. I got a few things from the primark there which is a cheap shop which I used to like in England.
