Our juicing adventure began on Saturday! We had four juices each day, breakfast at 9 AM, lunch at 1 PM, snack juice at 3:30 PM and dinner at 6:30 PM. The snack juice seem to arrive at just the right time to silence the growling tummy.

We all survived the trip injury free, the hour walk back to town adding to the 'training effect' at the end. Especially as the croissants had run out 2 hours prior. I think we were all in bed by 10.30...how un Spanish!

... signs indicated 25 degrees, the spanish were walking around in flip flops and shorts, sitting outside in street cafes, making me feel quite reassured and excited. By 9pm I was all settled in a camp site in Javea (Xabia), with nice shower blocks and even a swimming pool. I could relax and unpack, settle for a bit, get the wheel fixed, cook some food, make some tea, have a beer, absorb the peaceful quiet, broken only by the sweet songs of the cicadas that hummed me to sleep.
... and spa treatments, all designed to give us a reset for the coming years.
We decided it would be a great anniversary gift to each other! I hope to post photos and notes as times goes by, so stay tuned. I'll give you a first hand account of our experience at Obsidian.
