The beginning of this new adventure for us began with saying goodbye to Duluth...and all of the material items we could stand to part with. Despite these efforts we still have too much junk. A full 12 feet in a semi, a pretty full Jeep, and a cargo carrier full that rides on top of the Jeep. Wish we had more time for cleaning, packing, and mostly friends and family...but we are so excited to begin the journey tomorrow :) Next stop: Billings, ...

There were three cars to ride in on the Zephyr: a bilevel commuter car, 1950s coach car, and a 1918 heavyweight car. We rode north in the 1950s coach and back in the 1918 heavyweight.

overall we had a great experience with the days inn, they had a nice spa and work out room, had snacks during the day and a decent breakfast. the price was great, and was minutes from down town and across the street from a major shopping center. would stay here again next time .
