        ... finished up the loop trail and made it back to the visitor, then got on Raven Rock Loop Trail and took Fish Traps Trail back to the river. The Fish Traps are another series of rapids and exposed rocks along Cape Fear River. Well, normally the rocks are exposed.         ... could go on and on. It is rejuvenating, educational and so much fun. It opens you up to meeting people, great conversation and your own journal to share and look back on for years to come.

        We now look forward to the lake thawing and opening! Time to prepare for spring and get into the groove of daily living.

        Booked us into a Days Inn that thankfully had rooms, our first night winging it without accommodation booked a success!
