    ... I wanted to get. I didn't even get to explore the rack track at all. I did see a presentation of Asimo the robot though. The front desk had called a taxi for me for 3:00 pm. I had to catch a 3:46 pm or 3:50 pm train at Utsunomiya Station. I didn't make either. The taxi driver was the same one who dropped me off. The front desk had told him what trains I was trying to catch. The Twin Ring Motegi is so damn far out from everything. The taxi meter showed a whopping 11260 ...

    ... the power to everything to conserve energy). Hurray for choosing your own hotel! The best part is the bed is actually comfortable, and the pillows aren't made of rocks. After some food at one of the ramen places in the station, it was bed time as there's lots of exploring to do tomorrow in the very big city of Tokyo!

    Once 2:00 rolled around and we were able to head to the hotel (which was conveniently across the street from the mall and the train station) we found out that we had been booked into a "smoking room" instead of non-smoking (strike 500 for Travel Masters!) so they had to downgrade us to a twin bed room in their "Annex" hotel, which included gorgeously stained puke-green carpets, paper thin walls and the lingering scent of mould.     Final preps done and just relaxing today. Marc giving his last seminar. They are giving us a goodbye party this evening and heading home tomorrow. What a summer it has been and life changing too.
