      We had an early breakfast with Lynne and John before meeting up with the rest of the group at Shinagwa station at 8.45am.       Final preps done and just relaxing today. Marc giving his last seminar. They are giving us a goodbye party this evening and heading home tomorrow.       ... normal person not to bothersome but to someone with ringing in the ears and SEH the sound is very loud and intense and pure torture!! I walked with my headphones on and capped my ears with my hands whole way to and from 7 eleven.
