... looked decidedly hyperactivity material! Toast and tea consumed, we hit the road, up Route 7, back towards Williamstown, then on to Bennington. Laundry was the order of the day and for those of you who have sampled American laundrettes/laundromats they seem to be a haven for n'er-do-wells and down-and-outs. Yes, I can hear your thoughts!! It was then onto the airbrush tattoo section, where I got a cute little blue elephant on my back. I had a bit of fun with Mum and Dad with that one :). We walked around for a little longer, and then headed home to try our apples. We finished most of them, but man that is a lot of sugar! Food is definitely bigger in America!

Some more reruns later and we decided to hit the hay. Peace out from Rutland, Vermont ...

... bulk grapes, and nacho chips and dip for dinner (as an FYI, Aldi is predominately a buy-in-bulk store with pathetic range, so I couldn't even buy just a bottle of water - no wonder we don't have them back home!).

Now I'm not sure what Vermont consider a marathon, but Law & Order was still playing on the TV when we got home. So we watched some more while we set up our table with all of our goodies, before having an early night.
