    ... be rehabilitated? The early cells were only about four feet wide with a single bed. Hardly room to turn around in. These cells were updated later and became larger and a bit more humane. Kingston Penitentiary closed in 2013 and the inmates were relocated to other institutions. I have no idea if the conditions there are now any better.

    ... islands cruise on a paddle wheeler and then do a trolley tour of the downtown area on Monday. So many of the cities here also offer haunted tours but we decided not to do one.
