We awoke in Pembroke to a gloriously beautiful day. The sun was shining and it wasn't too warm (yet). Dad and I attended the briefing. These are held at 8 AM (almost) every morning, which seems reasonable except that I am on vacation and want to sleep in!! The group took off on time, heading down 17 towards the 508 and Calabogie.

My tailbone really hurts when I tried to do core exercises.
This really sucks. Why couldn't I walk the stairs properly. Damn it.
... a lot. The calories counting is still driving me crazy. I think I make my friend a little annoyed too with this abnormality I have. Because she always ask me "Are you seriously just going to eat one chip at a time?", "You sure you're full with only this?", "Don't you need meat?", "Just cook another wrap lah", "Can we have pizzas?". And I feel bad each time I have to answer these questions.
But I don't want my habits to spoil ...
