No local kids ...

... most of the day, clearing for an impressive sunset in the evening.

Monday 23/2 - Mat & Peter walked along the foreshore of Lake Ontario toward the city today. A nice day but minus 20 degrees. Heaps of snow and the lake and rivers are iced up out to about 100m off shore. Surprisingly there are some people out jogging, all wrapped up in thermal skins, balaclavas, golves, etc. We even see the ...

      Introversion~ Being heard.

I've always admire people who are vocal and sociable. And I want to be like them.
I did try and improved. But still, I feel tired doing it.

There are no extreme Introverts or Extroverts.

Reading the book helped me in navigating and facilitating group dynamic as well. I know that I need to encourage my "more introverted" group mates to share their ideas. Because they probably ...
