Today we left Yellowstone behind and enjoyed a trip through mountains and valleys to the Triple Creek Lodge in Darby Mt. We visited the Roosevelt Arch at the North Entrance to Yellowstone, followed the Yellowstone, Gallatin, and Bitterroot rivers as we made our way to the Bitterroot Mountains in Mt. We enjoyed excellent food and drink at the Lodge and Sally found her first TV in 6 days Tomorrow we float the Bitterroot River fly fishing and then pan for ...

minutes as “construction” wasn't quite in full swing quite yet. We are heading ...

As we left West Yellowstone it was raining - what else - and the temperature was 49 degrees. However, the radar showed, and the skies confirmed, fairer weather to the northwest. Sure enough, after 20 miles the roads were dry and the temperature climbing.

With the National Parks in our rear view mirror, there isn't much to report today. In fact, the only reason we came this way is to set up Lolo Pass tomorrow. Not all was ...
