For the price I would recommend the stay. It is an older Inn but very hospitable and clean.

Today was a quiet travel. We left Salem, VA on a dreary, drizzly morning. By the time we were in Nashville, TN it was sunny and mild. I am still feeling the residual weakness and feeling tired from having the flu so we made it an easy day, We went to American Pickers Antique Archaeology store. After the HoF and Museum, Sam stuck around Broadway to check out the bar scene and live music, Army met up with a friend of his from 'Cuse for dinner and I took Barrett out for dinner as a thank you for hosting us. Before she dropped me off down by Sam, she took me by the Parthenon in Centennial Park. Neither of us really understood why there is a giant replica of a Greek monument ...

I won't post too much about our specific plans until after they happen. I learned from living in the Republic of Georgia that things often don't happen as planned, and it's just easier to tell what ACTUALLY happened after the fact.

So, I will try to post short entries when I can. Set your expectations pretty low, because I will be traveling with an old first generation iPod and therefore can't access Facebook (not the end of the ...
