... the beginning of unexplored territory for us. We drove through all new areas heading west. Our lunch stop was in an interstate rest area that had incredible scenic views of the Pennsylvania mountains. For the night we pulled into a beautiful state park in Maryland; only one area of the park was open this time of year. We walked around the park to the aviary to see their collection of raptor birds. ... OMG couldn't believe it as it saved us dragging our luggage around and finding a taxi. We were very grateful. Curtis saw me take a photo of the Memphis sign on the back of the trolleys. He then went away and brought me back a poster to take home with us. I was blown away.
