    ... get them done, or well done!! Or, well done crispy!! She also had 'poutine' on the menu . . . I asked her how she pronounces it . . . and she said it is 'pow-teen!'

    I got a small order of fries . . . done just right . . . a little one the done side . . . and we ate them down to the last crumb!! Without catsup!!

    ... others I havent found yet! After breakfast off to Barrie, via the delightful Waterfront, to source fish for tonights BBQ. Dame and travelled the route again......each time learning more about the city by listening to the commentary via the free head phones that they give to you....Sunday in Paris is an experience. Lots of people out with loved ones in the massive parks, on bikes or laying on the grass relaxing or reading a book club book.....or sleeping.     ... our wonderful Maritimes. And if you haven't already heard this a million times over - it has some of the friendliest people you could every begin to imagine.

    It’ll be easy to say we’ll return there again one day and, I tell ya one thing for sure...a trip like this sure makes people like us proud to be Canadian.
