The hotel was very comfortable and price was right. Rooms pretty suitable, nothing too fancy, but mini frig and small microwave were very helpful. The bathroom, showers and beds very good. Updated TV and breakfast was very above par. Good place to rest!

I'm not sure what the normal nightly rate for this hotel is, as I got a 45% off deal, but my husband and I just stayed here two nights, and were very happy. It is very close to shopping and restaurants, so be prepared for traffic at peak times. Also the breakfast is amazing. Waffels, danish, fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, hot meat and eggs, or biscuits and gravy, coffee, juice, cereal. It is a whole spread, not just cereal and toast like some cheap places.

Room was clean, and they even restocked the toiletries and coffee and made the bed up all neat.

    Would stay here again!

My nephew, sister-in-law and I had a fun day in downtown Denver at the aquarium, checking out the sites, and having lunch at Tony P's. I like what I saw of the city so far.

... had a mini mass. After church we picked up a couple of things from Whole Foods Market so mum and dad could cook dinner. They made meatballs, they were really nice. Then we drove to a park with lots of Christmas lights and walked around in the cold looking at all the pretty lights. We drove back home and Skyped the family, it was really nice to see everybody and wish them merry Christmas. Everybody went to bed excited for the following ...

... them off to the side. Chad drove, and the ride was truly uneventful. We drove into Colorado, past where I kayaked during my FD 1 adventure. It was really neat to see the river and think about how far I've come since that summer following my cancer diagnosis. I even saw a large group of kayakers on the river, and it made me so sad that I wasn't able to go this summer. I definitely want the opportunity to go again.

I was making big plans and the only way I was ever going to fulfill them was to take big risks. For someone as safe and comfortable as myself, this was a rapid move in a foreign direction, but I knew I would never see another landscape such as that or find a village as old as those by sitting back and being comfortable. The thought of starting over and ...

Long day today driving from our stop last night in mid Kansas to Denver, Co. 75mph keeps it swift, but a lot of land. We were on the road around 8 hours today, so pretty tired. We are about a day behind schedule, but we have days planned for this and no hard end time except for school which we can always do on the go since we attend online.

Today we saw some more very flat ...
