... that goes along with being in a seat in an inclosed space that isn't given by a roller coaster. There is no clanking from wheels on metal and old wood creaking as the roller coaster makes it assent. No. An airplane just starts slowly rising and suddenly you feel yourself being lifted, and then you are above building and clouds and you are in the sky... It is really quite something.
The flight lasted for maybe an hour and a half, and was really a great start to my trip.
... but feel free to pretend that you are joining us...feel free to add your comments (or if you are another therapist add treatment tips, tricks and techniques!!! both of us are normally "geriatric" OT's!!!!!).
P.s. If you are inclined to pray, we definitely welcome and encourage this! To start, we could use prayers related to airline travel, safety on arrival, and uneventful passage through customs....

... pretty tired but still took an hour to fall to sleep. Should be interesting tomorrow. The MOA was pretty impressive in size and breadth of stores available. The amusement park in the middle was very impressive with a lot of rides that the kids could enjoy. You could definitely spend several days there and still not see all of the stores. Well worth the visit. Time to get some rest for the ride to Des Moines tomorrow.
