... to update, a truck inspection to do, WD-40 to buy, oil to check.... Pet peeve: restrooms with no paper towels Why? Well..... #1: the blowers don't dry your hands #2: you (and everyone else) have to touch everything on the way out #3: if you need to wash your face you have to dry it on your dress #4: the blowers are loud One more thing. Ben and I are so fortunate to have been able to take this amazing trip. Going back 43 days ago, on the first leg, we say thanks to Cindy and Earl for our short but fun stay in Minneapolis. Next I must comment on Great Alaskan Holidays who hooked us up with Winnie for our 5 weeks of travel. ... 894">we drove in the parking lot I noticed the lights turned off. They had lost power because of the
storm! They couldn’t check us in of course. Man, did I speak too soon. We noticed that the entire area was without power so we decided rather than wait around, we would just head down the road until we came to the first decent hotel (that had power) and that’s what we did.
