    ... and when we arrived the night butler (butler was actually his title!) came to meet us at the taxi and help with our bags. Butler makes it sound like we were staying somewhere posh, and whilst it wasn't cheap, it was almost bargain basement by Dubai's seven star standards.     Today we arrived in Dubai at 8.00am where we were meet at the airport by a driver who took us to our hotel. We are staying at The Four Points Sheraton Downtown.     ... a love hate relationship with Mojito!

    I think I may have possibly had around 5 Mojito's before dinner... not such a wise move but made for an entertaining evening!

    Dinner was here in the hotel, an incredible spread of food, lots of sharing plates, great conversation and fabulous wine!     Dubai is most definitely a city of contrasts and following a day spent looking at its modern side, today we paid 300 dirhams (£48) for a 48 hour hop on, hop off Big Bus Ticket. Our plan was to spend today on the City Tour (Red Route) which takes you through Bur Dubai and Deira.
