    ... saw places like where Ernest Hemingway lived in New York, and where John Wilkes Booth visited New York before heading to DC to shoot President Lincoln! After that we headed up towards Bleeker Street, and had a great lunch. We both had toasted cheese sandwiches from Murray's cheese, where there was a bit of a wait but it was totally worth it.     Up quite early, and took our time packing. Left the hotel in Boston about 10am, and headed for the bus station by taxi.
