    ... let one of their dogs take a **** near the shoreline, then just left it there as we all sat there in disbelief. Yuck! A good Samaritan did appear out of no where with a plastic bag to scoop it up and throw it away, thank goodness!

    Due to Hurricane Arthur, the Outerbanks (OBX as everyone refers to it here) was not what we hoped it to be. I had no idea what to expect traveling to the region for the first time.
