    The storm seems to have passed .The waves are still high, crashing against the lighthouse wall. We emailed Murat about the inventory that is required for Customs, 'do we need to list everything'?
    There are lots of cats and dogs around this area, most of the dogs give us a wide berth, for the ones that don't we have the Skiddlydiddly dog scarer, Les discovered when putting the brolly up to dry that any dogs close by run away,so if any stray too close the brolly goes up ...

    ... stormy. We passed the sun loungers that had blown over and battled along the harbour wall, no safety rails here, we stopped before the lighthouse as the spray was too heavy. Back at the car park we drove to the other side of a picnic area where there are some trees that will shield us from the wind. There are quite a lot of locals taking photos and coming to look at the sea, we think it must be exceptional weather ...

    ... the city's Asian edge we hit a wall of traffic. It took us 3 hours just to get from the edge of the city, across the bridge, to the airport, and most of that time was sitting in stopped traffic waiting to enter the bridge. By the time we had handed in the car it was 7:45pm, the concert was meant to start at 8pm, and we had no chance of making it.
