      ... The sand is very soft and in some places each foot sinks quite a way down, at the back of the beach are sand dunes and behind them wooded hills.       ... had replied Les E mailed Murat with the new heights and asked about lashing in the container as we don't want too much extra pressure on the deflated tyres, will they use blocks under the axels?       ... so we decided to try to sneak into a pool at one of the hotels. We made it, but the joke was on us - the pool was a salt water pool!

      The good news was there was a place to shower off, so after a quick dip, we were able to rinse the salt off our bodies, at least.
