      parks. There are normally peacocks, chickens, and goats. However this time,
      instead of goats there was a little deer and there were some other colorful
      birds too, kind of like a parrot. There was a male and female in this cage and the
      male was doing his “I’m so beautiful” dance. It was rather funny to watch. Poor
      lady bird, she couldn’t even get away from this guy since they were in a cage

      And so the weekend travelling has begun. Even if it was a nice little short day trip to Saintes. Saintes is about a half hour train ride South East from Rochefort, it is also found along the Charente….the river that Rochefort is on.
