... queue. I was a bit stunned to see army with full blown guns walking around, and so many police on the streets, best keep my bag close if it's that bad, ha. Then we had a big walk around before hanging out at the laundromat on our street to do some much needed washing. Once the house keeping was finished we headed out again for yes more food! Early night both of us are ...

It’s now 1.45 pm local time and I’ve just saw via the SMH site that South Sydney have won their first rugby league championship since 1971. The food and wine week delicious again - perch from the lake, John's new favorite and sea bass, another ...

... and service seemed really slow

Ended up in the Saint-François Square and got crepes from a French-speaking street vendor. Good thing Canada has dual food labelling. And 5 years of French as an option made very basic rudimentary speaking possible.

The Meetup was good, excellent by account of people I spoke with.

... see a city, somewhat like Zurich. It was big and I soon realized that if we were to get somewhere, public transit would have to be taken. So after walking up the hill to the main shopping area and then walking back down it, a small metro/train going further down to the waterside was a must. We then walked to the Olympic park for a few pics and then back to find a supper spot, which proved more difficult than you would think. ...
