    So today was Inazumi Chugakkou's Sports Day at Maruyama athletics stadium. Before i begin as i don't think i've done an update about my new school, it's awesome. Dare i say the students are slightly better than the last school.... I mean my ninensei's are even amazing! Every class is amazing. I'm having so much fun in every lesson.     ... did because I filled it up and still had to put things in the large Costco bag to come home. We made our way through a couple of free samples, like olive oil with bread, steak and persimmon. I happened to notice that the steak they were selling was $35, so I didn't buy any, but the sample was yummy.     ... a couple United Airlines crews gave our position reports on to the necessary controllers. They asked what a plane was doing over the Pacific at such low altitudes and were pretty astounded when we told them what we were up to. On the company frequency 123.45 we were even able to football score updates. Things were looking good.

    ... our separate ways. They seemed nice enough but dunno if there was any attraction on my end. They were about 10 years older than us too.

    Anyway it's sunday now and i've been chilling all day. Went to get some nice beef and rice earlier. Then went shopping and bought:

    1) a belt
    2) dried bananas
    3) an umbrella
    4) mints
    5) batteries

    Not the strangest shopping basket i've ever had but it's certainly up there.
